OCR: Importing Text Files You may import your class rosters from gradebook programs word processors, data bases spread sheets. Choose the following format for your names: Last, First <Carriage Return> Tab-separated data may come between the names and the carriage return. When exporting data from data base or a spread sheet, choose tabs between fields and returns between records.
